These Terms govern purchases from and use of lenorthstarfinds.shop, operated under the trading name lenorthstarfinds by Allspring Multi-sector Income Fund.

Please read these Terms together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate purchase and delivery details and keep any account credentials secure.

You must not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, spreading malicious software, or unauthorized access.

Products and order acceptance

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability. Differences in screen settings do not excuse goods that fail to match their description.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly accept earlier.

If a material error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you with the available options. We will not substitute products or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund the affected payment.

Prices, shipping charges, and taxes

The applicable currency and total payable amount are disclosed before payment.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than US$30 after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. For subtotals of US$30 or less, the shipping charge appears at checkout. Any equivalent threshold in another checkout currency will be disclosed before purchase.

Applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties, and necessary customs clearance charges are included in the disclosed price or paid by us. Customers are not responsible for additional tax or import charges beyond the agreed checkout total.

If a carrier unexpectedly requests such payment, contact us so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.

Fulfillment and delivery

Order processing normally takes 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch.

We disclose the delivery estimate before purchase and obtain agreement to a longer delivery period where required. If dispatch is delayed, we will provide a revised estimate and explain cancellation and refund options, obtaining further consent where legally necessary.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day free return service is described in the Return and Refund Policy. Refunds generally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, subject to payment provider processing and any earlier mandatory deadline.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights concerning faulty goods, misleading descriptions, cancellation, or other mandatory consumer protections.

Website content and third-party services

Store content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it for personal shopping and other legally permitted purposes. Other commercial use requires appropriate permission.

Third-party services may have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.

Responsibility and disputes

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms are governed by North Carolina law, subject to mandatory protections available in your place of residence. This provision does not remove any right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

Updates apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter accepted purchase contracts except where legally required or agreed.
